Refund Policy

HANCOMMINICATION INC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides a transparent refund policy for services used through WORLD TRAVEL SERVICE.

1. Refund Conditions

  • Service Not Provided: If the requested service was not delivered or processed due to a fault by the Company, a full refund will be issued.

  • Incorrect Service Provided: If a service was mishandled due to a clear error based on customer-provided information, a full refund will be issued.

  • Application Denied: If an application is rejected, the Company is not responsible for issuing a refund.

  • Cancellation by Customer: If cancellation is requested before processing, a 100% refund will be issued. No refund is available for cancellations after service completion or change of mind.

  • Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours from the date of service application.

2. Refund Procedure

  • How to Request: Submit a refund request via email to support@worldtravelservice.com.

  • Required Information: Clearly include applicant name, card company, card number, payment date, and reason for refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after request submission.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used (credit card, electronic payment, etc.).
